Jumparooz Trampoline Park

We arrived 20/25 mins before our session time, we found parking straight away. We went in and there were three staff members stood about no one said hi or smiled until we reached the counter and the lady serving us said “hi you okay” and carried on with the process. There was 8 of us and we all had socks (from a different jumping park) which were similar to the ones on the sheet, however we had to purchase another 8 pairs. So she instructed us to go up, place our stuff in lockers and come down to watch a clip, we came down n sat in the room for a good 10 mins and the clip started we were allowed in at 16:05 (I don’t understand why we had to be there 30 mins earlier when they were gonna allow us in 5 mins late). We were finally allowed in and it was clean as we were the only ones there for that session the lights turned off n songs were played, the kids and myself did have a lot of fun but the starting was a put off for me. It came to the end and dot on 17:00 we were asked to leave and the kids were still jumping there way off and one of the lady said something along the lines of “get off your times over” how appalling. Upon leaving the same lady who signed us in at counter did open the door for us n smiled n said bye. Overall we had an okay experience would we recommend probably not.

Perfect family afternoon ❤ my son birthday afternoon with family best present... he loved their and can't wait when we go back for fun 🤪👍👍👍👌 Booked in online 3 weeks ago before we go... definitely me before bought tickets checking Google how many stars and some reviews so that way we drive 45min one way. My legs unfortunately been to pain but I'm enjoying anyway 🙃 so excited watching how my boy's enjoying and husband ☺ so fun and cool 😎 ☺ 😊 Recommend for active people and family's ,best time 🤲 together ❤ 😊

Had a wonderful time here at jumparooz! Good place for all ages, I enjoyed it and I’m 18 years old. The only reason why I give it 4 stars is due to the lockers. If you open it and close it too many times then the lockers won’t unlock which caused loads of problems but they unlocked it in the end, but may cause panics for others. But apart from the lockers, I highly recommend this place!

Me and my friends really enjoyed ourselves at this recreation centre that includes different trampolines, obstacle courses, an air bag, walk the wall challenge, a battle beam and a trampoline basketball court! The staff promptly checked us in and helped with the lockers when they messed up a few times, toilets were clean too and the upper room of the cafe is nice, where we nabbed some quality soft drinks.

I was there yesterday with my wife and kids booked online paid for ,as we had walked in baring in mind it was our first tym there soon as we came in were told to use ipad and login our details etc,my two boys both under 7 asked one of the staff if they could go straight in and jump on the trampolines, once I was done using the ipad the abrupt Young rude female staff member shouted at me and said where are you going why Yr kids on the trampoline they need socks on I said OK we were not told this when Yr other staff lady said we kids could go on she didn't give me the chance to explain myself I'm trying to tell her that it's my first time here I'm not sure what the process is but she didn't let finish I said if I'm not allowed to go in can u shout for the kids to come off and we can start again, she looked me with disgust n said no u go n get them your the father they not my kids , I got the kids off my wife approached her too and asked what's going on she was rude to her too, we decided we were not going to Stay here and left , my kids were crying which upset me and my wife. All the she had to do was to approach me nicely explain to me the process instead of shouting at me looking at me with disgust turning round to other staff rolling her eyes and laughing at me , it was appalling behaviour she shldht be there she lacks basic manners and lacks bad customer skills and most of all came across as being racist
